Our chef and nutritionists have carefully planned your weeklong nutrient rich cuisine to get your taste buds flowing. You will be embarking on a weeklong menu of the finest fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes, seeds, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats to help fuel you throughout the week. Alcohol, caffeine, processed sugars and sweeteners are all excluded from your new healthy eating plan.
